J60,H120 & A60 class fire resistance Weather & Gastight Door with Blast proof.
ES Tech manufactures and supplies fireproof external and internal doors for offshore projects. In November 2023, ES Tech successfully passed the J60 fire test based on ISO 22899-1:2021, becoming the first company in the world to achieve this. The J60 Fire Door, certified with an ABS Type Approval, was officially supplied in early 2024. The J60 door shares the same structure as the H120 class door, both meeting FTP Code MSC.307(88) standards.
While H-class withstands higher temperatures than A-class, both ensure superior fire resistance. Defined as the “Z-Frame Door,” the design features three seals (two rubber and one ceramic) attached to the Z-shaped frame and blade—providing both fireproof and weathertight performance.
Additionally, seal tightness and panic bar operation have been further improved for enhanced safety and functionality.

A & H class fire resistance Window
ES Tech designs and manufactures fireproof windows for offshore vessels, ensuring safety and performance in demanding marine environments.
Both A-Class and H-Class windows comply with FTP Code MSC.307(88) standards, with H-Class offering superior resistance to higher temperatures.
These windows also provide excellent sound insulation and blast resistance while maintaining full fire protection.
An optional electric heating system is available to enhance visibility and prevent fogging under harsh weather conditions.
